Appointments

We recommend scheduling your appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. 

 

Late Arrival

Please be on time for your appointment. Should you arrive late, your services may have to be cut short so that we can honor the next client’s reserved time.

 

Groups

For groups of two or more people scheduling packages or five or more people scheduling individual services, a $50 deposit will be required at the time of scheduling. 

 

Lengthy Services

We also reserve the right to collect a deposit for our more lengthy services (ex. Eyelash and Hair Extensions) to reserve your spot!

 

Misconduct

At the service providers' discretion, we have the right to turn away any client on grounds of misconduct or poor behavior.


Cancellation & No Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Revamp. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments or cancellations. Our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele. In order to assist, we do send out appointment reminders 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

 

Clients who cancel with less than 24-hour notice will result in an imposed cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients that do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be considered a No-Show and will incur a No-Show fee of 100% of the scheduled service amount. Cancellation or No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full prior to their next appointment. Cancellation and No-Show fees also apply to gift cards and will result in a reduction of gift card balances.

Refund Policy

Products

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may receive a full refund if returned within seven days, accompanied by the receipt.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are good for two years from date of purchase and are non-refundable. Gift certificates may be used for any service or product.
